Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. Data controller

The controller for personal data collected through www.arraigodigital.com is Arraigo Digital (“we” or “Arraigo Digital”).

For privacy questions, email informacion@arraigodigital.com.

2. Information we collect

We may process the following categories of information:

  • Contact information you provide voluntarily: name, business, email, optional phone number, and message.
  • Technical browsing information: browser, device, operating system, language, referrer, and pages visited.
  • Campaign information such as UTM parameters from tagged links.
  • Approximate location derived from an IP address, such as country or region, as processed by our analytics provider.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data or information from children.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to enquiries and prepare service proposals.
  • Manage client relationships and contracted projects.
  • Measure website usage and improve the experience.
  • Detect technical problems or abuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process information based on consent when you contact us, pre-contractual or contractual steps when you hire us, our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website, and legal obligations when applicable.

5. Contact form

Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree so your message can be delivered securely. Formspree acts as a service provider under its own privacy policy.

We use form information only to answer your enquiry and, when relevant, manage a potential business relationship.

6. Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand page views, relevant clicks, scroll depth, form submissions, and similar site events.

We configure PostHog with a privacy-focused approach:

  • Optional analytics only run after you give permission in the cookie settings.
  • Browser persistence is limited to the consent choices and settings required to respect them.
  • Session recording only runs with permission and masks sensitive information.
  • We do not load additional survey, replay, or marketing tools without the corresponding permission.

PostHog may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, UTM parameters, and navigation events, including on servers outside your country.

You can limit analytics with browser privacy settings or script-blocking extensions, and the essential website experience will continue to work.

7. Cookies

This site uses necessary cookies for security, sessions, and privacy preferences. Optional analytics, session recording, and marketing technologies only run when you permit them.

You can change or withdraw your choice from the cookie settings. The Cookie policy provides additional details.

8. Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage a business relationship, or meet legal obligations.

Analytics data follows our provider configuration and is used in aggregate for site statistics.

9. Sharing information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with providers that help operate the site or deliver services, such as Formspree and PostHog, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data.

To exercise a right, email informacion@arraigodigital.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

You may also complain to your local data-protection authority if you believe your information has not been handled correctly.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No internet system is completely infallible, but we work to minimize risk.

12. Policy changes

We may update this policy when our services, tools, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always appear on this page.
