Terms of service

General terms that apply when you hire Arraigo Digital for website development, digital systems, or related services.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Identification

These terms govern services offered by Arraigo Digital through www.arraigodigital.com and the project’s official contact channels.

By requesting a proposal, accepting a quote, or starting a project, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms unless a specific written agreement changes them.

2. Services

Arraigo Digital offers professional services including:

  • Custom website design and development.
  • Digitalization and process automation.
  • Online booking systems.
  • Virtual assistants and chatbots.
  • Technical maintenance, support, and continuous improvements.

The scope of each project—including deliverables, timing, revisions, integrations, and support—is defined in the written proposal or contract agreed with the client.

Online booking and virtual-assistant tools are billed under the model stated in the proposal.

3. Working process

  • An initial consultation to understand the business, goals, and needs.
  • A proposal defining scope, estimated timing, and commercial terms.
  • Written client approval before work begins.
  • Phased development with agreed review points.
  • Delivery, testing, and launch according to the agreement.
  • Post-launch support only when expressly included in the proposal.

4. Client responsibilities

To keep the project moving, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, access, and approvals on time.
  • Review deliverables within the agreed periods.
  • Hold the rights to any text, images, brands, or materials supplied.
  • Maintain backups of their information when applicable.
  • Pay invoices according to the dates and terms in the proposal.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices, payment methods, billing milestones, and currency are stated in each proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, work starts only after approval and any required deposit.

Applicable taxes and third-party expenses such as domains, hosting, licences, APIs, and SaaS tools are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included.

6. Intellectual property

After the delivered work is fully paid, the client receives the agreed rights to use the deliverables, excluding third-party components, separately licensed templates, or tools governed by their own terms.

Arraigo Digital may show the project in its portfolio, testimonials, or commercial materials unless written confidentiality terms say otherwise.

7. Revisions and scope changes

Each proposal includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope. Substantial changes, additional features, or extra iterations may require an adjusted price and schedule, which will be communicated before the work is performed.

8. Warranties and limitations

We deliver the work with professional care and according to the agreed scope. Development errors attributable to us will be corrected during any warranty period stated in the proposal.

We do not guarantee specific commercial results such as sales, rankings, traffic, or conversions. We are also not responsible for outages or incidents caused by third-party hosting, DNS, APIs, or external platforms.

9. Confidentiality

We handle the client’s non-public information with reasonable confidentiality and use it only to provide the contracted service, unless disclosure is legally required or expressly authorized.

10. Cancellation and suspension

Either party may cancel a project that has not started, subject to costs already incurred. If work is underway, completed work through the cancellation date will be invoiced according to the agreement.

We may suspend service for non-payment, repeated failure to collaborate, or misuse of deliverables. Recurring services may be cancelled under the terms stated in the proposal.

11. Data protection

Personal data collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy policy.

When a client project processes end-customer data through forms, booking, assistants, or similar tools, each party’s responsibilities will be defined in the project agreement.

12. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the law of the jurisdiction agreed with the client or otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties will try to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication.
